UPS is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped.

Orders and Returns

Do I need an account to place an order?


You can place your order as a guest without an account. However, an account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to track and receive e-mails about your order. With an atelierfka.co.uk account, you can:

  • Save your shipping and billing information for a faster and easier checkout process
  • Check order status
  • Review your order history online
  • Save frequently used addresses in an address book

Opening an account on atelierfka.co.uk is easy. Simply click Log In and follow the instructions.

You need to provide us only with your name and email address to open an account on atelierfka.co.uk. If you choose, you may store other information for your shopping convenience. How Do I Track My Order?

You may check the status of your order by clicking on Order Tracking in the upper right-hand corner of the site. You will need to sign in to access the details of your order.

If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number for your package.

How Can I Return a Product?

Items can be returned free of charge for a full refund in the original form of payment within 90 days of the delivery date.

We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, in their original packaging. All tags must be attached. Footwear returns must be in the original condition – F▼KA does not accept returns for worn footwear.

Items purchased from atelierfka.co.uk cannot be returned to our partners’ shops.

Upon receipt of returned goods, F▼KA reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Returns can be made free of charge. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

Repair Policy

 

F▼KA is happy to process a refund or replace a damaged item that resulted from a manufacturing defect (such as broken hardware) purchased from atelierfka.co.uk.

If you believe that there is a defect in materials and/or workmanship, for fastest results, please contact us here for instructions.
